Echelon Spaces ("we", "us", "our") designs and builds high-performance training environments for operators, developers and private clients. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, including our consultation request form.

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
• Scope, quote and deliver any project we agree to undertake

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

We keep consultation enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage the resulting project and comply with legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.

We share personal data only with trusted service providers that help us run this site and respond to enquiries, including our hosting and database provider and our bot-protection provider. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
